We are looking for a dynamic On-Air Multi-Media Sales Team Member to join our vibrant team serving the Tri-Counties area.

• Host and produce engaging onair show(s) that resonate with our local audience.
• Create compelling multimedia content that highlights community interests and stories.
• Immerse and integrate yourself within the community to become a familiar face at events and a trusted local media presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders to drive sales and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective media sales strategies tailored to the local market.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets while contributing to overall station growth.

• Proven experience in broadcasting, sales, journalism, or a related media field.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into practical executions.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse community groups.
• Familiarity with the Tri-Counties area or willingness to quickly learn and adapt.
