The municipality of Mainhausen is currently seeking a Deputy Director (m/f/d) for our Farbenland daycare center, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

• Organizational and administrative tasks to support the daycare center management (partial exemption), in case of absence, taking on leadership responsibilities for the facility
• Collaboration within the team and pedagogical work with the children
• Ensuring the care, education, and upbringing of the children in cooperation with parents and the sponsor
• Ensuring and implementing the quality standards developed in the quality management of the municipality's daycare centers and further developing the pedagogical concept of the facility
• Promoting cooperation with parents as part of the parenting partnership
• Assisting with admission and parent meetings

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree/study
• Several years of professional experience in pedagogical work
• Practical experience in the areas of organization, management, and administration is desirable
• Willingness and ability for conceptual work
