Description

Responsibilities:

• Designs a variety of marketing and promotional projects including print, digital, web, signage in collaboration with our marketing team
• Assist in developing and improving our brand concept for marketing projects
• Ensures that all creative deliverables uphold expected quality standards
• Estimates timelines and meets deadlines on assigned projects
• Manages and maintains digital and graphic files, including photos, logos and art in standard formats and filing structure
• Works collaboratively with our marketing manager
• Contributes to a team environment that promotes continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation
• Stays current on trends and developments in digital and print design
• Seeks leadership opportunities by providing direction and feedback to team members and collaborating with team leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design highly preferred
• Experience in advertising/design agency environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign and Photoshop
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff; ability to forge trusting relationships within a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Bilingual: Korean/English preferred

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
