Business Analyst, Price School Information - Los Angeles, United States - USC
Description
Job duties include:
- Develop requirements, conceptualize designs, and effectively recommend business processes in support of core organizational functions for the Price School.
- Engage in Human Centered Design processes and approaches to deliver a broad range of sustainable solutions, and in standard business analysis methodology, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Build, design, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. Participate in user research to gain understanding of customer and stakeholder pain points, challenges and needs.
- Maintain currency on emerging technologies and approaches, leveraging the latest industry knowledge while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement for the organization.
- Install and troubleshoot software and hardware. Perform backup and system restore procedures as needed.
- Analyze user needs and evaluate new products; recommend hardware and software purchases. Collaborate with other units to improve access to and maximize use of computing resources.
- Customize the Salesforce platform and enable users to get the most of the Salesforce platform.
- Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or relevant field. Experience in IT, business administration, higher education or related fields. Salesforce administration, development, marketing, account engagement, and business analyst expertise is a plus.
