Content and tasks * A practical training with a focus on building savings and real estate financing at our location in Kornwestheim and at a Wuestenrot ServiceCenter in your region * We promote your sales talent and strengthen your persuasive skills for dialogue with customers and prospects * You will accompany an experienced field partner and learn how to conduct consultations on financial and insurance topics yourself * In vocational school, you will attend additional courses on insurance, real estate, and taxes, giving you the opportunity to take an IHK exam with the additional qualification of Private Asset Management * Trainees with a middle school diploma will be taught the content of "Private Asset Management" in-house * With your diploma, you will also receive a certificate for Financial Assistant from the vocational school * You qualify for an interesting career perspective as a self-employed sales representative in the field for Wuestenrot Bausparkasse Expectations * High school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or middle school diploma * An open and communicative approach to interacting with people * Commitment and enjoyment in sales * Customer-oriented thinking and acting * A high level of initiative and reliability Training duration * 2 years with high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification * 2.5 years with middle school diploma Training locations Ludwigsburg and in local field offices throughout Germany Interested?
