Job Summary


As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying appointments, doing follow up phone calls to confirming customers service exceeded expectations.


Job Duties

  • Following and maintaining relationship with customers
  • Monitoring and contacting leads
  • Determining each customer's vehicle service needs
  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
  • Customer satisfaction is a MUST
  • Completing daily follow up phone calls
  • Compensation Range $ $20.00 per hour
