- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience with digital and analog electronics devices
- Proficiency using a PC and MicroSoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Proficiency installing and using mobile phone applications.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality management systems, such as ISO 13485, 9001 and IPC standards.
- Experience working in an ESD environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and urgency within a production environment.
- Configure devices and install firmware using manual and automated programming systems or updates via Over the Air (OTA) process.
- Execute manual and automated electronic and functional test and inspection test plans on finished electronic devices.
- Install custom device configurations and testing as required to support field trials and events.
- Log defects, yield, and manufacturing batch record information into Manufacturing Execution Software (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP), and JIRA trouble ticketing.
- Troubleshoot defects by visual inspection and basic electronic testing equipment.
- Communicate with Electronic Assembly Team, Manufacturing Test Engineer and Firmware/Software team, as appropriate the on issues found during programming/test/inspection and work with these groups to resolve with a goal of continuously improving the quality, reliability and performance of LifeLens devices.
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering or relevant technical field of study or Military experience preferred
- Experience using test application software (phone and PC apps) and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with nRF connect, Being able to run MatLab and Python scripts a plus.
- Experience with basic Electronic Test Measurement Equipment
- Previous employment in a manufacturing environment and ESD experience strongly preferred.
