What can you expect?

You will coordinate customer complaints with the respective departments using the 8D method
You will actively monitor and pursue defined KVP topics
You will create error analyses using the 3x5 Why and Ishikawa methods
You will moderate and work on FMEAs
You will create, coordinate, and monitor qualification plans
You will plan and define suitable test samples and prototypes to verify defined product properties
