Job Summary:
California Dinner Entertainment / Pirates Dinner Adventure is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent Lead to join our team. The Reservation Agent Lead will assist customers with planning and booking reservations for accommodations and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service over the phone and in person.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with reservation inquiries.
- Provide information on dinner show rates and special packages.
- Process reservations accurately in the system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Review incidents and provide refunds to guests when required.
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Responsible for manager office cash control.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, hotel management, or related filed.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer skills with Excel and Word.
- Strong leadership skills and managing a team.
