ROLE SUMMARY

  • The colleague is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Endocrine portfolio by:
  • helping diagnose performance trends vis-à-vis budget targets and iterating the Operating Plan as needed
- identifying, prioritizing, and executing on growth opportunities to extend brand leadership in the Growth Hormone category
- collaborating with Global Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical to co-lead and evolve the lifecycle management plan
- serving as the Pfizer Global team liaison for US Endocrine

  • Serve as an RD Marketing Agile lead across enterprise wide Initiatives


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Leading near-, mid-, and long-term strategic planning for Endocrine portfolio, including guiding the development of Operating Plans Developing Ngenla brand goals and performance metrics (in collaboration with Brand Team Lead and Sales Leadership) Charting a course to accelerate growth by consistently monitoring all aspects of performance vs.

budget, including revenue, volume/share, and A&P spend, understanding key drivers Single commercial point of accountability across variety of spheres (targeting, adherence, ROI, supply, etc) working with key stakeholders on the team to support brand imperative, including partner with other colleagues on the team to develop strategy across the brand Working collaboratively with, and provide brand-specific guidance to, cross-functional partners (eg, Finance, ISE, Commercial Effectiveness, CMO, etc.) on brand performance needs Engaging consistently (e.g.

, weekly, biweekly, monthly) with Leadership on planned and adhoc request Quarterly Earnings Lead Serving as deputy/liaison to global Growth Hormone brand team to represent the US in all workstreams, including short
- and long-term strategic alignment, lifecycle management, and aspirational scenario planning
  • Forecasting impact of competitive activities on Endocrine portfolio business by collecting and curating competitive intelligence, including monitoring competitive activities, coordinating with ISE and FinanceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in Marketing and consulting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to quickly grasp and commercialize complex clinical data and the methodology behind its development
  • Ability to work with and manage external stakeholders and organizations and societies as part of cross functional PFE team
  • Ability to lead and work as part of internal and external Alliances and a large matrixed team
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong problem solving, decision making and leadership skills
  • Strong strategic skills, with the ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level.
  • Strong business acumen & negotiation skills and ability to effectively lead and influence a cross functional/indirect team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multitask effectively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience and strong knowledge of the US healthcare market required
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Strong analytical skills; detail and actionoriented
  • Creative and agile learner
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both oneonone and in groups
  • Experience representing opportunities and brand plans to senior leadership.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • MBA or MPH preferred
  • Specialty experience preferredNONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional domestic travel anticipated for RC or team meetings, agency presentations, training, POAs, congresses and KOL meetings
