Production & Logistics Manager for Online Shop (m/f/d) Full-time (40 hours/week)

Your responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the operational management of our production and logistics department

Disciplinary leadership and motivation of production and logistics personnel

Planning and coordination of optimal production and logistics processes and workflows

Development of staffing needs for specific orders and planning and coordination of efficient personnel deployment

Liaison and collaboration with other departments (e.g. sales, purchasing, marketing) to ensure smooth coordination and timely planning of production efforts to prevent out-of-stock situations

Analysis and further development of production and logistics-related processes, structures, and systems, including aspects of
