Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure the property
- Confirm that all doors and windows are properly locked and secured
- Process guest and vendor signins, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Distribute parking passes and monitor parking areas
- Monitor security cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or security
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Communicate effectively with property owners, management, and other staff members
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols
- Provide assistance and support to guests and employees as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent observation and problemsolving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
