Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Assistant.

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing department by assisting with various tasks related to procurement and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

Handle PO related.

Logistic:
Monitor shipping schedule and recorded upon arrival

Handling disputes

Maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices.

Collaborate with production planning and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Process credit card order and complete monthly Credit Card Expense Report to Accounting.

Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or discrepancies

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
Bilingual (Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Chinese)

Business-level English communication skills

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of office work experience

Proficiency in computer including above average Excel skills

Experience in purchasing functions a plus

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM onsite. No overtime scheduled

Pay:
$ $20.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
