Position Overview:

Our client is seeking dynamic individuals who are ready to make a real impact to step into their open role of Cleaning Technician on the commercial side of the house.

This is a rewarding opportunity to join our client at a pivotal moment of growth, having a significant impact in their organization, in the community and with the clients they serve.

Pay Schedule:Direct deposit paid out monthly as per general commercial cleaning government contract practices

Schedule:Choose your 5 days Monday-Sunday, overnight, starting at 9pm

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customers property in a timely and professional manner
• Review cleaning tasks or list for each property
• Sanitize and disinfect all high touch surface areas
• Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors
• Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery areas
• Dust blinds and clean windows
• Empty trash bins
• Additional cleaning tasks as dictated per the client's Scope of Work

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Reliable and selfmotivated
• Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
• Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods

License/Certification:

Blood Born Pathogen Certification or willing to obtain within 48 hours of being hired
