Located in Wilmington, IL
Salary:
up to $120K annually (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications:
- Must have IL Administrator license
- Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
- Selfstarter and energetic
- Proven Leadership & Management Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
