Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and succession planning within the organization.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with employment labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in lead generation, succession planning, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to handle employee relations matters with discretion and sensitivity.
