What will be your responsibilities?

Ensuring the efficiency and quality of the HR department
Planning and recruiting personnel
Managing personnel, including contracts
Organizing personnel development
Working closely with managers and providing support and advice to employees on HR matters
Handling payroll, timekeeping, and fleet management

What qualifications do you need?

You have a commercial education and professional experience in HR, or a further education in HR management, such as a degree in HR or a HR specialist
Experience and knowledge of current labor, social security, and tax laws
Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for digital work
Ideally, you have knowledge of DATEV and hold a trainer's license
Flexibility, dedication, teamwork, and a reliable, independent, and practical work style are your strengths
