    Description

    Customer Service Representative Role at IFBI

    • Directly interact with customers to provide product and service information
    • Support Agents with sales/marketing and assist in office operations
    • Resolve customer problems effectively and coordinate with relevant departments
    • Focus on building strong customer relationships and exceeding expectations
    • Organize and prioritize activities to meet business objectives efficiently

    Success Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within 2 years
    • Background in insurance or claims is beneficial
    • Develop clear communication skills tailored to different audiences
    • Proven numerical understanding for mathematical transactions
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
