- One to two (1-2) years of clinical experience. Community Paramedic experience preferred.
- U.S. Military Medic Training and Certification with an honorable discharge or active in National Guard or Reserves. Ex.
- Strong clinical skills with knowledge of emergency medicine and chronic disease management.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy and pathophysiology as well as related clinical pathways and implications in high-risk populations.
- Extensive understanding of community resources and the needs of diverse populations.\
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, planning and implementation skills.
- Able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. ,

- Licensure as a Paramedic with a valid State of Michigan license. American Heart Association -
