TRAINING OVERVIEW

Your training as a specialist for warehouse logistics brings with it versatile, varied and responsible tasks. You and your team are responsible for a smooth business process in the warehouse. The focus is on handling and storage of goods: You receive goods, organize the unloading of goods, sort and store them - according to economic principles and optimal conditions. In the outgoing goods department, you plan delivery routes and determine the most cost-effective shipping method. You also assemble deliveries, pack the goods and create accompanying documents such as delivery notes. Company information and communication systems, as well as job-specific computer programs specifically for warehouse specialists, will assist you in this process.

YOUR TASKS AT A GLANCE:
  • You receive goods deliveries and check them
  • You systematically store goods
  • You conduct inventory checks and take measures for inventory maintenance
  • You allocate goods and assemble them into loading units
