    Position Summary

    The Regional Vice President of Operations overseas the daily operations in our Northeast Region. Coverage area for the state of Massachusetts. We are seeking a talented and hard-working person to dive in and ensure the service we provide is exemplary. This is the roll up your sleeves type of position.     Minimum Qualifications:

    • 10 years of operations experience at a Vice Presidential level
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Executive level leadership abilities

    Essential Position Responsibilities:

    • Manage team of Operations Management staff, evaluate the effectiveness of these individuals in carrying out required client and company objectives
    • Security Industry experience is not required although the candidate must be able to demonstrate skills and experience equivalent to or exceeding the position
    • This is a 24 hour a day business that never closes.
    • Conduct proactive evaluations of risk management and risk mitigation
