Pro-actively researches, evaluates and recommends new policies, procedures and instruments which provide for improved care, service excellence and cost effectiveness.
Provides feedback to employees on a continuous basis through win/win communication techniques. Timely completion of evaluations and all necessary documentation of performance. Graduate of a two year respiratory care program approved by the AMA and JRCRTE or equivalent. Bachelor#s degree preferred Registered by the NBRC. Must be Licensed by the state of Indiana as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR. Current ACLS, PALS, NRP certification desirable. Successful completion of the NBRC#s Perinatal Specialist exam (NICU Supervisor only). Two years of prior experience within a supervisory or lead capacity. Four years of NICU critical care experience. #
