- Identify and address problems, provide counseling, access community resources, and guide through legal processes.
- Manage caseload, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and advocate for resources.
- Document activities, analyze outcomes, facilitate applications for programs, and provide counseling and education.
- Promote self-awareness and knowledge of standards in the community.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience and 2 years in case management.
- Minimum 1 year experience with the defined population.
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Credentials required from multiple states.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia within 6 months of hire.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Certified in Maryland within 6 months of hire.
- Independent Clinical Social Worker License in District of Columbia within 6 months of hire.
- Case Manager Certificate within 36 months of hire.
- N/A
- Experience with computer software programs in a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of community systems and resources in the service area.
- Knowledge of regulatory issues for the Mid-Atlantic area.
- Clinical social worker experience.
- MSW required.
