You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of efficient processes in the tax department, taking into account increasing complexity. You will handle existing orders with appropriate contribution margins and ensure high client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the timely and high-quality delivery of work results, establish a Tax Compliance Management System, and ensure its compliance. You will also coordinate and develop a team of up to 10 employees.
You will advise the management on tax-related issues, take on the professional and organizational leadership of the compliance department, and coordinate the entire team.
You will accompany tax audits, develop and implement VAT-related company processes, and provide advice on tax matters such as corporate restructuring.
You will ensure compliance with organizational structures and processes, and support the digitalization of tax processes. You will also work closely with the management and other leaders.

You have successfully completed training as a tax consultant (m/f/d), have a good understanding of taxes and finances, and have always aimed to lead a company location.
You are familiar with compliance topics, as well as foundations, cooperatives, investment deduction amounts, etc.
You enjoy creating quarterly reports for management and leading your team on an equal footing.
