Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of annual sales targets within the assigned territory and key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Implement proactive sales strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Convey sales targets in line with broader regional objectives and strategic direction.
  • Monitor and report on factors impacting tactical budgets and strategic direction of key accounts.
  • Establish best practices for approaching customers, analyzing opportunities, and prioritizing potential work.
  • Support and develop Clements Fluid's Sales Best Practice methodology across the sales team.
  • Supervise field sales activities to ensure adherence to prescribed standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key decision makers.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Clements Fluids through compelling proposals and presentations.
