Your mission


• Lead and manage our growing "Tech Team" with a focus on electrical engineering in our Munich office


• Oversee and assist with major projects, including planning, electrical design, and onboarding new installation partners


• Take a hands-on approach to management


• Streamline daily processes for the team


• Recruit and onboard new members for the "Tech Team"

Your profile


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field


• Must have a valid driver's license


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial


• Familiarity with the local market


• Passion and drive to succeed in a startup environment and a desire to continuously learn


• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture


• Ability to lead our partners while remaining flexible and open to their expertise


• Language: Excellent proficiency in German and English (both written
