Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Mabscott, WV.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of learning coaching sessions
Actively and independently accompany the learning process of participants using modern teaching methods
Plan and document training content and results
Manage our learning management system
Serve as a competent contact for customers, funding agencies, and clients

Qualifications:

Commercial education, qualification in coaching, adult education, vocational pedagogy, or a comparable degree
Training qualification
First experience in pedagogy, adult education, or coaching
Proficient in MS Office
Independent and responsible work style with a strong customer focus
Enjoy teaching professional knowledge
