Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant with QuickBooks experience to help with payroll and invoicing. Recruiting Duties Social Media Marketing experience is desirable

This will be a Full-Time position.

At least 2 years Accounts Payable/Collections experience required

Excellent administrative and project skills

Strong interpersonal and client service skills

Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner

Takes initiative and seeks innovation
