    Community Concierge Services is hiring and looking to expand our support team. This is a fully remote position with a preference of applicant based on the East Coast. We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC. This position will be require assisting our Admin team and working directly with company leadership. This position entails assisting with various business related task while working remote between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday. The basic duties of the job are as follows:
    • Answering and responding to clients and potential customers via phone, text and email in a polite and professional manner.
    • Electronically sending, filing and retrieving employee agreements and contracts including onboarding and off-boarding part time and full time employees.
    • Assisting with both accounts payable and accounts receivable for one off and recurring projects.
    • Act as a point of contact for compliance related tasks.
    • Track overdue invoices and accounts receivable, communicate with clients in attempts to collect and follow CCS procedures in documenting this.
    • Assist with special projects as assigned.
    • Maintain and updated internal business related documents and spreadsheets
    • Assisting the executive team as needed with various tasks.
    • Act as a point of contact for COI and insurance related request.
    • Setting up appointments/video conference and taking minutes as needed
    • Ordering of supplied
    • Shipping materials and items to various locations as needed
    • Making travel arrangements for executive team and leadership
    • Conducting research and creating briefings for the executive team on various topics.
    • Assisting in recruiting, job postings and filtering applicants
    The ideal candidate will be terrific at managing their time, enjoy interacting with customers and have an eye for attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite are required.

    This position will start as an hourly role at a rate of $18.00 per hour. You can expect to work roughly 20 hours per week during the first 45 days with the ability to move to 30-40 hours after that. For the right candidate this can become a full time role.
