Embark on a rewarding journey as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you'll be the linchpin of our guest experience, ensuring smooth check-ins, personalized service, and efficient problem resolution.
In this pivotal role, your leadership will set the tone for our front desk team, creating an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.
- Oversee and assist in the checkin and checkout processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a welcoming experience for guests.
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage room reservations, ensure accuracy and availability, and address discrepancies or special requests.
- Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.
- Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, task delegation, and smooth shift transitions.
- Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability, and generate reports for management analysis and decisionmaking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4 or 5star hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Google Applications including Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, etc.
