Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Enter customer data and update account information in the system
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and [insert additional language] is a plus
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is an advantage
