Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter customer data and update account information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [insert additional language] is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is an advantage
