WHAT YOU BRING:
You have a degree in energy, building or environmental engineering, civil engineering, building services engineering or a related field.

You have the professional qualification as a technician or energy consultant (ideally certified by BAFA and listed in the EEE list) and are proficient in common energy consulting software.

You have knowledge in renewable energies.

You have a passion for energy technological innovations, environmentally conscious actions, and have a good understanding and ability to work independently.

Communication skills and a respectful and open approach to others are important to you.
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You will be responsible for developing, marketing, and implementing sustainable energy concepts with a focus on existing buildings and neighborhoods.

You will create calculations and proofs for the German Energy Saving Ordinance (GEG) and funding guidelines (KFWE, BAFA).You will create renovation/ESG-compliant plans for properties, taking into account the integration of PV systems, heat pumps, charging infrastructure, and district or local heating networks.

You will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of existing systems.
You will support the creation of municipal heat plans.
