- Process and reconcile customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable
- Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and follow up on overdue payments
- Coordinate with project managers and project teams to resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status and collections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable in Construction/engineering
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
