Position Summary:


The Fulfillment Analyst will assist the team of Inventory Analysts in supporting the inventory needs of the US Sales Force.

This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Field Asset Management and work within cross functional teams between Operations, Finance, IT, Sales and Product Development.


Essential Functions:


  • Functions as a conduit/expediter at times when critical Inventory is needed to support specific surgeries insuring all surgeries are covered and assets are utilized efficiently.
  • Reviews Loaner Extension Requests
  • Functions a conduit for inventory retrievals, overseeing and monitoring progress
  • Assists in preparing reports for sales management in order to evaluate inventory needs and ensure inventory is allocated to appropriately cover these needs
  • Identifies consignment inventory for case coverage in accordance with the Inventory Efficiency Program goals
  • Maximizes the use of consignment inventory in accordance with Scorecard goals
  • Assists in managing the company's inventory to achieve case coverage and maximize consignment usage
  • Supports Inventory Needs of Zones in the absence of the Zone Inventory Analyst
  • Achieves a goal of zero missed surgeries due to lack of Inventory
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management or related field experience.
  • Flexible schedule which could include On-Call afterhours and/or weekends.
  • Outgoing, ambitious, and a customerfocused mindset
  • Strong selfstarting ability
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Multitasking abilities required for successful job completion
  • Well organized, detail oriented and a team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Microsoft Excel
