Full-time, permanent position available immediately

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving goods in our internal clinic pharmacy and checking the delivery for quantity, external defects, cleanliness, packaging, and expiration date
  • Checking and comparing goods with the delivery note and purchase order
  • Independent processing of goods requests, as well as picking and controlling the shipment of goods within the clinic
  • Inventory management, maintenance of the warehouse, and conducting annual inventory
  • Documentation of all material movements in SAP
Your profile

  • Previous experience in warehouse/logistics required
  • Knowledge in the area of sterile medical goods (medical products) is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, preferably with SAP knowledge
  • High resilience and willingness to perform physical work
  • Independent and structured work style, as well as team spirit and good communication skills
  • Please note that employment can only be offered if you are fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV2. We also expect proof of your measles immunity/measles vaccination.
