    South Lancaster Academy in Lancaster, MA

    Atlantic Union Conference | Southern New England Conference
    South Lancaster Academy (SLA) is considered by some the oldest academy in the North American Division. Our school offers grades preschool to twelve. The academy comprises of 289 students and 24 faculty in the quiet, picturesque, semi-rural town of South Lancaster, MA.
    The position of vice principal entails working with the administrative team which includes the principal and business manager. It is vital that the vice principal collaborates to cultivate the spiritual, academic, social, and financial foundation of SLA.
    The responsibilities of the vice-principal will include, but not limited to the following:
    Modeling Jesus through servant leadership
    Secondary class scheduling
    HS registrar
    Assisting with the evaluations of teachers and local hires
    Oversees the elementary school
    Foster an environment of respect, collaboration, and growth
    Has exceptional interpersonal communication and administrative skills
    Ability to develop a growth mindset, and foster excellence
    Implements best practices to meet key performance indicators
    Follows policies and procedures
    Enjoys working with students and faculty
    Experience in Instructional SBL, DI, CM
    Required Experience

    Master's degree with Administration endorsement
    Minimum bachelor's degree with experience in successful leadership
