- 7-10+ years of experience in wholesale brokerage and new business production
- A strong reputation in collaboration and market relationships

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Knowledge and relationships in the Lloyd's market are a plus
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Frequent traveling required to meet with clients and carriers

Overview of the Role
Flow is looking to hire a VP/SVP for Professional and Management lines reporting to the President of Brokerage. The role involves driving new business through a digital transformation of insurance distribution, targeting the middle market space and hard-to-place risks. The ideal candidate should bring field-level relationships to produce immediate sales, leveraging technology and client relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.
