    Job Title: Base Camp Technology Support

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology Associate & Entitlements Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and administration of entitlements for various critical technology systems, facilitating the development and maintenance of internal- and external-facing applications, and ensuring seamless integration of multiple platforms. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, integration strategies, compliance procedures, and documentation related to technology systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Entitlements Administration

    • Coordinate the development and administration of entitlements for a range of technology systems, including Wealthscape, Black Diamond, Practifi, SmartX, Box, CAIS, DocuSign, A360, the intranet, and Microsoft 365.
    • Ensure that the appropriate access levels are granted to users in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.

    Application Development and Maintenance

    • Facilitate the development and maintenance of internal- and external-facing systems and applications, such as Black Diamond, Practifi, Box, DocuSign, and the intranet.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance functionality and user experience.
    • Product Roadmaps and Integration Strategies:
    • Create and maintain product roadmaps and integration strategies for technology systems.
    • Develop internal procedures and policies aligned with compliance requirements to ensure smooth functioning and data security.

    Vendor Management

    • Work closely with vendors to oversee various applications, systems, and critical projects.
    • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.

    IT Project Management

    • Direct IT projects and reports to meet business objectives, operational goals, and key priorities.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Cyber Threat Analysis

    • Analyze and maintain any cyber threat emails reported by associates.
    • Take necessary actions to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.

    Technical Support

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person.
    • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
    • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
    • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
    • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
    • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
    • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
    • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
    • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
    • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in technology support, entitlements administration, and project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
    • Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
    • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g., portfolio management systems, trading platforms) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive financial data.

    Job Type / Salary

    • Full-time, Exempt
    • $75,000-$85,000 base per year, dependent on experience, with additional semi-annual performance bonus opportunities
    • This position will have minimal travel of approximately 5%

    Location / Schedule

    • This position will work from our Tampa, FL home office.
    • Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
    • Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested.
    • Travel is less than 10%
