Home Health Registered Nurse

Are you ready to be part of an extraordinary care team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care? Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join us for our Home Health RN services in thought PA, and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will lead and collaborate with our team to deliver comprehensive patient care plans and support patients in their homes.

- *Key Responsibilities**:

Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in the state PA, and surrounding areas
Eligible for a $15,000 firstyear success bonus to reward key achievements during the first year

- *Schedule and Shift Details**:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; oncall rotation only 1 weekend every 48 weeks, with oncall hours limited to Saturday & Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm, for SOC visits. No oncall during the week or after hours.

- *Qualifications**:

Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
1+ years of experience in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or other EMR systems preferred
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
CPR certification (if you don't have any of the top 2 certifications we will help you get it)
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
