These are your main responsibilities:

Supporting employees in all personnel and payroll-related matters
Clarifying labor law questions for employees
Conducting job interviews and making preselections
Preparing and processing monthly payroll, including verification
Creating statistics and evaluations for management
Developing and implementing new processes in the HR department

What you bring:

Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR or a university degree with a focus on HR management
Relevant professional experience in a similar role and knowledge of payroll preparation
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
