The HR Data Product Management Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of Citi's HR data products.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to join an expanding HR Data team in the early stages of data infrastructure transformation.
This role involves aligning product strategy with business goals, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring that HR data initiatives meet the needs of Citi and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with HR's data strategy
- Lead the product management team in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, feature sets, and enhancements for HR data products.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of HR data across the organization.
- Champion data literacy within the company, driving the adoption and effective use of HR data products.
- Translate complex HR data requirements into actionable product plans, ensuring that products deliver value and an excellent user experience.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including market analysis, user research, and feedback loops to inform continuous product improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product development progress, challenges, and successes.
- Foster an agile and collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and efficiency in product development processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all HR data products and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in HR technology to keep the company's products competitive and cuttingedge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in HR technology or datadriven products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for presenting complex data concepts in an understandable manner.
- A strategic thinker with a problemsolving mindset and a focus on delivering results.
- Technical acumen, with an understanding of data management, analytics, and software development.
- Financial awareness, capable of managing budgets and forecasting productrelated expenses.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within product management or HR technology.
