Overview :
As a Program Analyst for Civil Works projects, you will support the development and execution of a complex portfolio of water resources infrastructure projects.
Responsible for supporting project managers and appropriation managers during development, defense, and execution of the Civil Works Program.
Demonstrates technical competence and expertise on the use of multiple internal financial systems and databases, and fluent use of excel and similar analytical software.
Distributes and monitors funds within assigned projects with minimal error, investigate and analyze funding discrepancies and provides recommendations. Works with Program and Project Managers to strategically forecast funding needs when project conditions change. Independently analyzes spending trends and forecasts excess needs.Coordinates, reviews, and analyzes development of project obligation and expenditure schedules. Reviews schedules for accuracy and potential execution issues. Monitors execution, provides reports, and interpret the information to make recommendations.
