We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers for a pre-engineered metal building manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
• Work closely with production control to ensure schedule is processed timely.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform all supervisory duties such as hiring, evaluating, educating, training, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Track and report material scrap rates and work with your employees to reduce drops and waste.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of the physical inventory under your direction.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
