Our school offers:

Pleasant group sizes and short communication channels, interdisciplinary teaching, a project-based approach (such as photography, reading, podcasts, stop-motion films, improvisational theater, and other creative activities), support in developing your individual educator personality, and practical training with a young and respectful team.

Requirements for admission include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a two-year vocational training in a relevant field (such as social assistance), or two years of work experience (or one year in a related field, such as a voluntary social year or federal voluntary service).

Alternatively, a degree from a technical college in the field of health and social sciences or seven years of relevant full-time work experience.

The training program includes theoretical education at the technical school and practical training in the form of block internships at daycares and other facilities for children, youth, and adults (up to 27 years old).
