Evaluate employee performance and behavior with the goal of elevating performance and morale through best practices.
Coordinate the successful labor allocation and the operation of plant equipment and systems to meet customer expectations in the quality and delivery of product.
Cooperate with all supporting departments.Keep proper documentation and recordsTake corrective action with non-conforming processes, materials or behaviors.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customersParticipate in in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives company's Continuous Improvement Process and PoliciesThis position requires the ability to work either first or second shift as needed with additional daily and Saturday work as required by the customer.
