Responsibilities

What will you be doing with us?

  • You will be our specialist for the responsible product group and act as the link between product management, development, and service
  • You will diligently work on solutions for current service issues, which will then be summarized and documented in a knowledge database
  • As the technical interface between customer service and development, you will also support us in the product development process and accompany the transition of prototypes into serial production
  • You will be responsible for retrofit programs and the preparation, support, and documentation of official modifications in our product area
  • Furthermore, you will support us in preparing and sharing detailed knowledge, for example by conducting annual specialist training sessions
Qualifications

What are the best prerequisites for your entry?

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a completed master's or technician training with relevant professional experience in practical agricultural machinery service
