- Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors who want to have their properties and future properties managed
- Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with pre-qualified leads who have contacted us regarding having properties managed.
- Uphold the highest standards of diligence within our industry
- Use our
proven scripts, systems, and technology - Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
- Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
- Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing
- Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
