Description
In this role, Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This position is year-round and is located at Presumpscott Elementary.

Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs.

Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience.

A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.
A salaried position has a minimum billing expectation of 22 hours per week for a 40-hour position. This position pays a salary range from $52-$62k per year based on licensure and years of experience.

DUTIES:
Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.
Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.


QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
