Medical Receptionist Lakewood, Nj - Grandison Management
Description
Physical therapy center in Lakewood, NJ seeks a full time receptionist to join our team.Job duties:
- Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival
- Ensuring completion of patient intake paperwork and collection of copayments.
- Scheduling patients for future appointments
- Assisting staff therapists with patient needs
- Opening and closing facility, as necessary
Qualifications:
- At least two years experience in an office enironment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Welcoming and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask seamlessly
- Experience in a outpatient therapy or medical setting a plus
Salary:
$22-$24/hr depending on experience
