Description
We are currently looking for a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) in the Automotive sector for a renowned client in Ingolstadt.
Your responsibilities:
- Supplier management (supplier registration, supplier qualification, obtaining relevant sustainability documents)
- Supplier research
- Support of SAP key users
- Operational support for buyers
- Processing of order confirmations and invoices
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education / degree with relevant, several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of procurement processes and handling of suppliers, as well as building supplier relationships
- Sound IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP R3 or S/4HANA
- Independent and structured way of working
- High resilience, team and communication skills, as well as a confident appearance and assertiveness
- Good written and spoken English skills
